1980 Burton Backhill Vintage Snowboard – Rare Prototype Color Way

Outside of what is already known about the early production models of Burton snowboards, this colorway of blue with yellow graphics is very rare. The only other one we have ever seen was hanging up in Jake Burton’s office. It is 100% authentic with all original parts – nothing reproduction about it. As a prototype colorway, only a handful are made. This board in this color has never appeared in any Burton catalog. It is in near mint condition with signs of age with oxidization of thumb screws, fins, and mounting bars. It has a period correct safety leash and the mount bars have proper cutouts and ribs. Guaranteed 100% original with no reproduction parts.
